Our Company.
In 2007, charitable planner Damon Harris created a green sector employment program called WRECYCLEIT. The program was geared towards helping hard to employ and underemployed individuals get back into the workforce. The program was placed in nonprofit organizations located in Richmond, Virginia and Providence, Rhode Island. After seeing the tremendous interest in the program Damon knew it was time to take the idea to the next level
He changed the name to Affinity Energy Group and got started September of 2008. Currently Affinity is run by the husband and wife team of Damon and Citirah Harris.

Damon Harris
, Co-Founder and President of AEG is a former Managing Partner of Philanthropic Designs. Always driven by using entrepreneurship to positively impact the world he developed AEG to be a leader in creating innovative strategies to increase recycling rates.
Citirah Harris
, Co-Founder and CFO of AEG is responsible insuring the principles and image of AEG reflect it's mission and purpose. An exceptional leader, Citirah's focus is on driving revenue through streamlined operations affective branding.
What We Do.
Affinity Energy Group is a recycling collection company. We pick up all qualified materials from commercial and residential properties. Monthly, biweekly and weekly service plans are available.
